Textmejokes.com will send a joke, every day, to the cell phone number that you provide during the sign up process. Each text message will be less than 160 characters as that is the limit set by the cell phone carriers. All text messages will be in English.

COVERAGE
Coverage is limited to only cell phone carriers within North America. Please note that this service may not be available to all cell phone carriers. During the sign up process you will be shown which carriers are available.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you sign up for our service, we may ask you to state your name, address, cell phone number, and/or email address. Keep in mind that the information marked with a Asterisk (*) are required fields and your registration process will not be completed until these fields are filled in.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE, NO EXCEPTIONS! The information requested is only used by us to contact you about your subscription or to fullfil your service.

PAYMENT
Payment for your monthly subscription to our service is only provided through Paypal. Paypal offers an easy and secure way to pay. If you do not currently have an account with them, you can easily set one up during the signup process. The monthly cost for our service is $6.95 and will automatically be billed to your Paypal account each month.

OTHER COSTS
Our monthly service cost of  $6.95 does NOT include any costs charged to you by your cell phone service provider for receiving text messages.

TERMINATION
You may terminate your subscription at any time through our unsubscribe process. This process will not only terminate your monthly subscription fee through Paypal but will also remove your cell phone number from our list. Your service will end at the time your subscription is cancelled. Please keep in mind that there are no refunds for the remaining month if you cancel prior to the end of the month. So please keep record of when you subscribed so you can cancel your subscription just prior to your next payment.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Techsol., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless for any claim, demand, or damage, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the subscriber's misconduct of this subscription. Techsol is not responsible for direct, indirect or other damage suffered by the subscriber or a third party as a result of providing incorrect information during the sign up process.
